Kerrin Thomson

Kerrin Thomson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Pact Group Holdings Ltd since September 2017, Kerrin oversees multiple brands within Pact Packaging across 13 sites in New Zealand, employing approximately 900 staff. Prior to this role, Kerrin was the Director and Owner of Starfish Industries Limited, managing manufacturing operations in fishing tackle and outdoor fireplaces from January 2013 to January 2023. Kerrin's previous experience includes serving as Supply Director and Executive General Manager Operations at SCA Hygiene Australasia, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing and supply chain operations for Australia and New Zealand, and as Sales and Marketing Director focusing on B2B sales performance. Earlier career highlights include a Marketing Manager position at Carter Holt Harvey and a successful role in establishing a converting operation in the tissue industry. Kerrin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science from The University of Auckland.
