Jay Liang

Jay Liang has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Teacher Assistant and Tutor for the Computer Science Department of CCSF. In 2017, they had a multi-role Internship at Cricket Wireless, where they were a Front End Developer, Maintainer, Technician, and Sales Advocate. In 2018, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Research Intern at The Computational Communication (C^2) Lab, where they worked in a team to create word embeddings from 30,000 opinion pieces on Health Care. Jay also utilized Facebook's FastText, Google's Gensim, and Word2Vec to train different levels of word vectors and created visual vector spaces with Tensor-flow projector. In 2019, they worked as a CS Instructor and Tutor for ThinkTank Learning, Inc. In 2020, they worked as IT Support for Panda Education. In 2021, they worked as an IT Technician for boxIT, LLC. Currently, they are a Technical and Sales Engineer for Pactech.

Jay Liang received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis in 2020. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Science in Computer Science from City College of San Francisco.
