Erica Aller

Erica Aller is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Pacteon Group since December 2022, Erica previously held the HR Manager position at ESS Technologies, Inc. and Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc. from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Director of Labor Relations/Security at Crucible Industries LLC from December 2019 to April 2023, as well as HR/Labor Relations Supervisor at the same company for over 14 years. Erica is skilled in managing union employee relations, grievances, benefits administration, and recruitment, and is a qualified internal auditor for the ISO quality system. Erica earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Columbia College and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College - Syracuse North.
