Mike Odom

Mike Odom serves as the CEO of Pacteon Group since July 2022, leading a company specializing in end-of-line packaging technologies with notable partnerships including Schneider and Phoenix. Odom has extensive experience in the packaging and process manufacturing industry, contributing as a Board Member for PMMI and Garvey Corporation, where Odom played a pivotal role in enhancing market share and operational efficiency. Previous positions include General Manager at Kliklok LLC, President and CEO of H.G. Weber & Company, and leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Odom managed global sales and service operations. Odom holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BSEET from DeVry Institute of Technology.
