Heather Veldman

Heather Veldman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Heather began their career in 2007 at Jewel-Osco, where they worked as an Assistant Grocery Manager and later as a Chef's Kitchen Manager until 2010. Heather then moved to bswift in 2009, where they started as an Analyst and progressed to roles such as Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. In 2014, Heather joined Bosch as an HR Service Benefits Team Lead and later became a Sr. Benefits Specialist. Heather joined Sutherland in 2017 as a Benefits Manager and subsequently became the Director of Total Rewards for the Americas region. Currently, Heather works at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as the Sr. Benefits Manager for Health & Welfare Plans and served as the Director of Benefits before being promoted to Director of Compensation in 2022.

Heather Veldman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University, completing their studies between 2002 and 2006.
