Michael Finnamore has extensive work experience in the field of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Hillrom as the Executive Director for Environment, Health, Safety, and Security, where they held various roles including Director for Environment, Health, and Safety. Before that, Michael was the Director for Global Industrial Hygiene at Baxter International Inc. and played a significant role in leading the Global Industrial Hygiene and Radiation Safety Programs for the company. Michael also served as the North America EHS Manager and Environment, Health, and Safety Associate at Baxter International Inc. Additionally, Michael had earlier experience as a Chemist at DataChem Laboratory.

Michael Finnamore earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995. Michael later pursued a Master's of Science degree in Public Health/Industrial Hygiene from the University of Utah, completing it in 1998.
