Martin Rand

Martin Rand is the Co-Founder & CEO at Pactum. Martin has extensive experience in sales and business development, having served as the Commercial Lead for Europe at The Climate Corporation and Monsanto Company. Martin also has experience in product management, having served as a Product Manager at Skype. Most recently, they were the Co-founder & CEO at VitalFields.

Martin Rand's educational career consists of taking a Negotiation Master Class at Harvard University, a Negotiation Mastery class at Stanford University, and obtaining a MA in IT Management from the Estonian Business School.
