Adam Crawshaw

Adam Crawshaw has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam began their career at Lockheed Martin in 2010 as an Analyst, where they gained insights into underwater radar program underwriting and analysis. After that, Adam joined Perella Weinberg Partners in 2012 as an Analyst, specializing in the tech, media, and telecommunications sectors and developing expertise in spreadsheet management.

In 2014, Adam moved to TPG, a family office of David Bonderman, as an Investor. Here, they honed their skills in identifying under-the-radar investment opportunities. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they worked at Sequoia Heritage, the family office of Sequoia partners/entrepreneurs, where they further developed their pattern recognition abilities.

Adam then pivoted to entrepreneurship and co-founded assembly in 2018, a company where their role and responsibilities are not specified.
