Michael Shumate

Michael Shumate is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience across various roles in corporate IT and telecommunications. Currently serving as Director of Corporate IT at Pacvue since January 2023, Michael previously held positions as IT Director of Network and Voice Infrastructure and Senior Manager of Voice Infrastructure at ServiceSource from July 2016 to July 2022. Michael's background includes significant service in the Army National Guard as Maintenance Supervisor and various roles at Ericsson, including Wireless Construction Manager and Senior RF Field Technician, as well as a long tenure at Sprint. Additionally, Michael began a career in technology with the US Army as an Electronics and Telecommunications Technician.
