Daragh Duffy has a diverse work experience in the IT support field. Daragh began their career as a Sales Advisor at Solutions Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Mac Technician at Mac1 before moving to Compu b, Apple Premium Reseller, where they served as an OS X & iOS Service Technician from 2016 to 2018. At ustwo, they worked as an IT Support Technician from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined PMI Global Studio as a Mac Support Technician, and later that year, they started working at Paddle as an IT Support Engineer. Daragh gradually progressed to Senior IT Support Engineer and eventually became the IT Support Team Lead in April 2021.

Daragh Duffy completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Photography at Nottingham Trent University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of the Arts London in 2010-2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an Okta Certified Professional from Okta in October 2021, and is also certified as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) from Apple.
