Katina Shelton

Katina Shelton has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Padilla since December 2015, after progressing through roles including Director and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Padilla, Katina Shelton worked as an HR Generalist at OLR from May 2013 to November 2015, and served as HRBP/HR Generalist at Phillips and Temro Industries from May 2012 to March 2013. Katina Shelton began their career at CIMA LABS, holding the positions of Manager and Associate Manager of Human Resources from 2003 to December 2011, and also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Road Rescue from February 2002 to October 2003. Katina Shelton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
