Prior to this, they held roles such as Operations Manager and Logistics Manager in the same company, where they focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing automated processes. Sebastian also has experience in import logistics and operations coordination, as well as import-export internships. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Logistics Assistant Manager at Costa Market and as a General Assistant Manager at Agrimarine S.A., where they played a key role in driving production and commercialization of shrimp. Throughout their career, Sebastian has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage teams, optimize processes, and achieve company goals.
Sebastian Arias, MBA has a diverse educational background in business administration and management. In 2010, they spent a year abroad at Mount Ida College. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Jacksonville University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Economics. Following this, they pursued a Master of International Business at Hult International Business School from 2016 to 2017, focusing on Project Management. Later, they enrolled at Westcliff University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Sebastian is furthering their education at Westcliff University, working towards a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
