Bridget McCall

Bridget McCall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, analytics, and business operations. As Vice President at Pagaya since March 2022, Bridget leads significant initiatives. Prior to this role, Bridget spent almost a decade at Capital One, holding various senior leadership positions, including M&A Integration Lead and Head of Product Pricing Initiative, where comprehensive strategies were implemented for high-impact projects. Previous experience includes serving as Client Experience and Integration Strategy SVP at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and holding senior roles across multiple firms including Bank of America and MBNA. Bridget earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Georgetown University, complemented by a minor in French.
