Doron Ariav

Doron Ariav serves as the Data Science Research Group Lead at Pagaya since July 2022, overseeing research teams focused on AI-driven Real Estate Investment Trusts with a portfolio of over 3,000 Single Family Rentals in the United States. Previously, Doron was the Data Science Manager at ZoomInfo, where leadership was provided to the data science group responsible for the company's core asset in capturing individual and company information. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Data Science at BeaconCure, focusing on AI platforms for clinical trial data validation, and Lead Data Scientist at Brainster, specializing in neuro-marketing research. Doron's early career included a Research Manager position at InnerEye, pioneering brain-computer interface technologies, as well as roles as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Manager at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Doron holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
