Alba Ariño

Alba Ariño has extensive work experience in the technology and IT industry. Alba began their career in customer service and progressed to various roles in different companies. Alba has held positions such as Director of Global Technology Support and Head of Global Technology Support at PageGroup. Alba was responsible for managing teams of over 70 people from different nationalities and locations, overseeing IT services and infrastructure, building client relationships, and developing support strategies. Alba also worked as an IT Manager and Service Manager at Grifols, focusing on access configuration, governance, and user support. Additionally, Alba worked as a Business Analyst and Functional Senior Consultant at ConVista Consulting, specializing in SAP modules. Alba has experience in project management, requirements gathering, and user training. Alba's skills and expertise make their a valuable asset in the technology and IT field.

Alba Ariño completed a degree in Telecommunications from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya starting in 2002 and ending in 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Alba Ariño pursued a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Society at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Later, in 2015-2016, Alba Ariño studied Project Management at the same university.
