Caroline Dumanoir has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Caroline started their career as a Technology Consultant at Altran Belgium & Luxembourg in 1998. Caroline then worked as a Project Manager IT / Finance at AkzoNobel in Europe from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they joined Ricoh España in 2008 and held positions including Senior Marketer Solutions & Services and Business Development Manager - Document Management Outsourcing. In 2014, Caroline joined PageGroup as the Head of IT Business Partnering and projects delivery - Europe, and later held roles such as Technology Demand Management Director and Salesforce Programme Delivery Director. In 2022, they became the Business Performance Director - Global at PageGroup. Prior to their professional career, Caroline completed an End-of-study project at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and a Study project at Parexel GMBH - Berlin - Germany.

Caroline Dumanoir completed their education at various institutions. Caroline received their Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) in 1998. Caroline also completed two Erasmus exchange programs, one at the Technische Universität Berlin in 1997 and another at the Technische Universität Dresden in 1996. Caroline further pursued their education with an Executive MBA from Esade in 2007-2008. In 2014, they completed a program in Digital Management of Marketing and Sales at Esade. Finally, in 2023, they undertook a program in Sustainability Studies at Esade with a focus on sustainable management and the agenda for 2030. Caroline also holds additional certifications, including certifications in project management, C Level sales, ITIL Fundations V3, and the GMAT.
