Jemma Oestreich

Jemma Oestreich is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading global recruitment functions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director for PageGroup's Enterprise Solutions since May 2022, Jemma oversees multiple areas, including Page Outsourcing and Global Sales, spanning multiple regions including the UK, Europe, MEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. Previously, Jemma held key positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition at Tysers and Head of Talent at Feefo, where innovative consumer insight tools were developed. Additional experience includes managing recruitment partnerships at Optamor and working as a Senior Recruitment Partner for Deloitte through Alexander Mann Solutions. Jemma began a career in recruitment consulting with firms such as Astbury Marsden and Byron Finance, specializing in strategy within the Financial Services sector and finance and accounting respectively. Jemma holds a BA in Computer Animation from the University of Portsmouth.
