Cammie Blais

Cammie Blais is the current Chief People Officer at Pager. Cammie has previously served as the Senior Vice President of People Services at DispatchHealth from February 2017 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing employer growth strategies, bringing in top talent, and ensuring employees were supported to succeed. Cammie also standardized all People functions, implemented and managed technology platforms that enabled the capability to scale, and established Total Rewards strategies to incent high productivity and performance.

From August 2015 to November 2016, Blais served as the CFO for Milender White Construction Co. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury management, risk management, and insurance.

Prior to their time at Milender White, Blais served as the CFO for Connect for Health Colorado from January 2012 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the financial operations of the state's health insurance exchange.

They are on a team with Nick D'Addezio - VP, Strategy & Business Development, Allison Thomas - VP, Partner Solutions, and Matt Kempler - EVP, CFO. Their manager is Walter Jin, Chairman & CEO.
