Alan Hickmon currently serves as a Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty, having joined the company in June 2021. Earlier positions include Senior Solution Specialist and Solution Specialist at PowerSchool Group LLC, where Alan managed software implementations, as well as roles in B2B sales at SHI International Corp. and technical support internships at Weatherford Laboratories and Penske Truck Leasing. Alan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
