Denise Scarff

Denise Scarff, CHRP, CHRL, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at PagerDuty since June 2017 and running Scarff Human Resources Inc. since July 2007, Denise specializes in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing organizational performance. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at NRX Global, WatchGuard Technologies, and BorderWare Technologies, where significant contributions included establishing HR functions, expanding headcount, and implementing effective HR policies and programs. Denise has also held key HR leadership roles at Platform Computing and Silicon Graphics, focusing on strategic HR transformation, team building, and employee engagement.
