Vinh T. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and technical architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty since June 2022, Vinh previously held the position of Senior Advisory Solution Architect at ServiceNow, where significant contributions included driving customer adoption of AIOps and IT Transformation, generating substantial new net annual contract value for key accounts.
