George Milescu

George Milescu is currently the Senior Engineering Manager at Pagoda, working with the NEAR Protocol team. Prior to this, George held roles at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Manager and Technical Program Manager. George also served as an Assistant Professor at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and worked at Intel Corporation as a Software Pathfinding Technical Lead. George has a strong background in computer science and distributed systems, with a PhD and multiple degrees from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Throughout their career, George has gained experience in teaching, research, software development, and project management.
