Wilfredo Flores has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Wilfredo most recently worked at Pagsmile as the Head of Payment Partnerships & Operations, starting in November 2020. Before that, they were the LATAM Operations Manager at Smile One from May 2020 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the launch of different payment methods in LATAM countries, monitoring purchase workflows, and analyzing end user behavior for improvements.
Prior to these roles, Wilfredo worked at Banco de Venezuela as a Senior Specialist from June 2016 to August 2018. Wilfredo Flores holds a Master's degree in Auditing from Beijing Jiaotong University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the National School of Administration and Public Treasury from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have earned certifications such as Internal Auditor - ISO 9001: 2015 from the Bureau Veritas Group and a Diploma of Education from the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador.
