Megan Kormendy has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Server at Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant. In 2017, they began working as a Marketing Coordinator at The Real Estate Storey. During this time, they were also a Performing Artist at THEATRINO. mobiles theater euregional. In 2018, they were a Dance Squad Manager at the Airdrie 2020 Alberta Winter Games. In 2019, they worked as a Digital Marketing Campaign Lead and Social Media Advertising Coordinator at Pursuit Collection. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Media Manager and Paid Media Manager at #paid, as well as a Paid Social Strategist at Major Tom. Finally, in 2022, they became a Social Club Member at Monday Girl.

Megan Kormendy attended CDI College Calgary Campus from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Marketing with a focus in Social Media and Web Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Visual and Performing Arts.
