As CEO of RedDot since November 2017, Kelly focuses on strategy and automation to enhance application quality. Kelly is also a co-founder of Paiger, an AI marketing assistant designed for recruiters. Additional roles include serving as Non-Executive Director at Staffing Future, an organization that has established a significant footprint in tech-enabled recruitment solutions globally, and as an advisor for several companies including Gamesmith Inc. and Job.com. Previously, Kelly held the CEO position at Broadbean Technology, where significant growth and product strategy were achieved. Kelly's entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding MECS Communications and MECS (Europe) Limited, where expertise in telecom and open-source software recruitment was developed.
