Mariam Metivishvili

Mariam Metivishvili has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as the Executive Director at Mico Interactive in 2007. They then worked as the Deputy Head of Strategic Planning and Internal Control Department at East Gate Group from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they served as the HR Manager at Georgian Public Broadcaster from 2009 to 2012. They subsequently worked at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, first as an Advisor in the HR Department from 2012 to 2014, and then as the Deputy Head of HRM Department from 2014 to 2016. They joined EVEX Medical Corporation as the Deputy Director of Human Resources in 2016, where they served until 2019. They then became the Head of HR Department at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they worked as the TA Manager/HRBP at Evolution until 2021. In 2022, their work experience includes being the Head of Human Resources at RedSource Inc., a Visiting Lecturer at Georgian American University - GAU, and currently the Head of Human Resources at Paint Your Life.

Mariam Metivishvili obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in business administration from ESM Tbilisi in the years 2000 to 2004. Mariam further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2008 to 2010.
