Andrew Radin

Andrew Radin is a seasoned professional in environmental management and waste reduction, currently serving as the New York State Program Manager for PaintCare since October 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Director of Recycling and Waste Reduction at the Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency from 1991 to October 2021. Andrew's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, as well as a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, complemented by undergraduate studies at Boston University.
