Max Mathes-Redd

Max Mathes-Redd has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2006, Max worked at the Lone Star Flight Museum as Weekend Staff. From 2007 to 2009, Max served as an Office Manager at the Texas Cultural Trust. In 2010, Max transitioned into education and became a Teacher at the Austin Independent School District. During this time, Max also took on the role of a Professional Learning Community Leader and assisted with technical issues. In 2012, Max joined Health Information Associates as an Associate Consultant for a brief period. From 2013 to 2016, Max worked as a Talent Development Consultant at Greenway Health, providing training and support to new employees. Max then joined Bankers Financial Corporation in 2016 as a Learning and Development Specialist until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Max worked at Evara Health as a Staff Development Educator. Currently, since October 2022, Max holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at PainTEQ.

Max Mathes-Redd completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Maritime Studies from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, from 2002 to 2007. Furthermore, Max obtained a certification in Health Information Technology and Exchange Specialist from The University of Texas at Austin in August 2012.
