Andrea Miner has extensive customer service and management experience, beginning with their role as an Education Professional at the Austin Learning Center in 2014. Andrea then moved to Anthropologie in 2015, where they served as a Supervisor, managing a team of over 40 employees and creating weekly schedules. In 2019, they joined Warby Parker as a Customer Experience Representative, working remotely and communicating with customers via email and phone. Later that year, they became the Customer Experience Supervisor at Nisolo, where they worked closely with the executive team to refresh and create new customer service policies. In 2021, they began their current role as Customer Experience Team Lead at Pair Eyewear.
