Liva Zepa

Liva Zepa has a diverse work experience, starting with SEB in 2011 as an Operations Specialist. In 2012, they joined Statoil Fuel & Retail AS as a Junior Accountant and Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Master Trainer, where they implemented a new ERP system in SFR for Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections processes in Norway, Denmark, Baltic States and Poland. In 2014, they became Head of Debt Collection at 4finance, with responsibilities including managing credit portfolio of 4 products and leading collection operations. In 2018, they moved to Ferratum Global as Head of Centralized Collections and Head of Collections Strategy and Process Management, with full responsibility for collections results and credit portfolio management in 7 markets. In 2021, they joined InDebted as VP Europe/Managing Director, with overall responsibility for the company's business in Europe and a key contributor to the company's European expansion strategy. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Innovation at PAIR Finance.

Liva Zepa has a comprehensive education history. In 2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University). Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Economics from the same university in 2013. In 2011, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences and studied International Business. Liva also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from ESMT Berlin, which they obtained in 2023. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Creative Thinking and Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn in 2019, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in 2019, and SWIFT Guide to Securities Markets - Training Certificate from SWIFT in 2012.
