Ashley Strain

Ashley Strain's work experience spans over several years with various roles in different companies.

Ashley began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Blockbuster in 2008, where they worked until 2010.

In 2011, Ashley joined Apple Retail as a Family Room Specialist, providing technical assistance, conducting workshops, and assisting in support and sales roles.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Apricot by Social Solutions as an Apricot Implementation Specialist and later as an Apricot Implementation Team Lead. In these roles, they provided project management support to nonprofit clients, configured nonprofit databases using Apricot case management software, and conducted training courses.

Ashley then moved to Social Solutions as a Software Training Team Lead, where they organized training events, developed course material, and led customized training for specific verticals. Ashley also served as a Customer Experience Manager, monitoring site utilization and onboarding new customers.

In 2017, they became a Program Manager & Scrum Master, enforcing best practices and managing information for multiple scrum teams. Ashley later became a Product Manager, managing backlogs and conducting win/loss calls to gain customer insight.

From 2019 to 2020, Ashley worked at ACTIVE Network as a Product Marketing Manager, leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally to drive go-to-market strategies.

In 2020, they joined Sidekick Solutions, LLC as a Solutions Consultant, responsible for detailed data collection, building data management solutions, and facilitating training sessions for clients.

From 2021 to 2022, Ashley worked at Community Brands as a Senior Product Manager, leading integration strategy and onboarding Product Owners to execute roadmap initiatives.

Currently, Ashley is a Product Manager at PairTree, starting their role in 2022.

Ashley Strain completed their education with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Communication Design from Texas State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Texas A&M University and focused on Fine and Studio Arts, although they did not obtain a degree from there. Additionally, in April 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
