Lucas Somerlate has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Lucas began their career at Ação Contact Center as an IT Support Technician, where they installed and maintained microcomputers and configured printers. Lucas then worked at Centro Universitário UNA, starting as an Intern and progressing to roles such as Technical Support and IT Support Coordinator, where they led a team and managed budgets. Lucas later joined Construtora Futura as an Engineering Assistant, monitoring works and enabling material purchases. Since 2013, they have been with SONDA, starting as a Technical role and progressing to positions such as Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager. Currently, Lucas is working at Paketá, where they have held roles such as Customer Success Manager and now serves as Head of Customer Success Operations.

Lucas Somerlate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário UNA, which they obtained between 2011 and 2016. Lucas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Faculdade Alfamérica, completing it from 2018 to 2019.
