Operations Associate

As part of the Operations Team, the Operations Associate has the task of working with B2B partners and our own B2C brands in ensuring the smooth operation of casino and iGaming content. This role will focus heavily on game performance, iGaming support, iOS and Google products, partner relationships and vendor relationships. This role will be working very closely with the Operations Manager. While this is not a technical position, the ideal candidate will be a quick study regarding new platforms and technologies. Training on all relevant platforms will be provided.  

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Hybrid Work: In office 3 times a week, work from home the rest of the time.

Job Duties:

Manage Internal Support Tickets (Jira)

  • Respond to developer’s issues (game configurations, testing, vendor problems, etc.)

  • Respond to QA’s issues (formatting, IOS games, images, etc.)

Manage B2B Support Tickets (Zoho)

  • Assist B2B customers with gaming issues and questions in the Zoho ticketing system

Maintain Test environments for B2C & B2B customers 

  • Respond to the tech team’s demands and keep all B2B test environments tidy and up to date

Configure games in the Back Office as needed 

  • Configure casino games meant for IOS apps in the test environments for all B2B partners

  • Configure casino games for B2C products

  • Configure casino games as needed when launching new vendors for all B2B partners

Test IOS and Android Apps:

  • Test all apps we will release for our B2B partners on iPhone and iPad and Android. Report findings and work with QA. Play all casino games within the app and record results.

General Support:

  • Assist B2B partners with any live game issues they are having

  • Assist B2B partners with any game launching issues they are having

  • Work with tech, QA and support to solve B2B and B2C issues

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work out of the Toronto office.

  • Ability to work amongst several different teams.

  • 2-3 years of work experience.

  • Casino or Gaming experience preferred.

  • Ability to learn new platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills.
