Cedric Nickson has over a decade of experience in management and customer service roles, currently serving as the Afternoon Manager of Housekeeping at Palace Sports & Entertainment since September 2014. Prior to this position, Cedric worked as a Customer Service Representative at Client Financial Services of Michigan from August 2011 to September 2014 and held managerial roles at Jimmy Jazz and Footlocker Inc. from 2010 to 2011 and 2006 to 2010, respectively. Cedric began a career in direct care as a Direct Care Worker at Valley Residential Services from May 2005 to April 2006. Cedric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan and an Associate degree in Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist College.
