Chad Shull has over 17 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army where they gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills. After leaving the military, they worked as the Center of Excellence Manager at BrandSafway, focusing on project management training and leadership development. Chad then transitioned to roles as a Sr. Project Controls Manager at Austin Industrial, Inc. and as the Corporate Project Controls Manager at Liberty Industrial Group. More recently, Chad has served as the Director of Operations Excellence at Bilfinger and currently holds the position of Director of Project Controls at Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings. Chad has extensive experience in project management and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM), and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).

Chad Shull, PMP, MSPM, SSBB, has a solid educational background and several certifications. Chad earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Citadel from 1999 to 2002. Chad further pursued their education at The Citadel and obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chad Shull holds various certifications. Chad obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2013. Chad also completed a Technical Project Management course at The Citadel in December 2012.

Furthermore, Chad Shull has demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and received certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from Purdue University in July 2022 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution in December 2021. Chad has also completed courses in Advanced Work Packaging and Workface Planning Fundamentals from Bentley Systems in February 2016.

Apart from their professional certifications, Chad Shull is a certified Rescue Diver through PADI, which they obtained in March 2001.
