Kenneth Stafford

Kenneth Stafford has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Kenneth currently holds the position of Area Business Director at Palette Life Sciences since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NeoTract from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a Regional Business Manager, National Sr. Sales Training Manager, and Urology Consultant. In this role, they developed strategies, coached and trained sales teams, and delivered sales training content. From 2005 to 2016, Kenneth worked at American Medical Systems, where they were the Sr Med Device Global Sales Training Manager and Territory Manager. Kenneth played a crucial role in restructuring the training division and trained new representatives on various aspects of the business. Before that, they were a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Pfizer from 2002 to 2005, focusing on Urology, Ob/Gyn, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice providers. Earlier in their career, Kenneth worked as a Sales Representative at Edward Jones Investments, where they achieved outstanding results and won the "Prospecting Award."

Kenneth Stafford's education history includes attending Eastern New Mexico University from 1995 to 1998 where they pursued a BBA degree in Finance and Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, Kenneth served in the military and obtained a degree in Communications, specifically CTO (Communications Technical Operator).
