Ole Mikkelsen

Ole Mikkelsen has had an extensive and varied work experience. Ole started their career in 1988 as a Consultant at Accenture/Anderson Consulting. Ole then worked as the Manager of Network & Systems Services at Quotron Systems from 1991 to 1994. Ole joined Amgen Inc. in 1994 and held various roles, including Executive Director of Information Services-Enterprise Infrastructure and Interim CIO. Ole also spent two years in the Netherlands as the Head of IT International. From 2008 to 2010, Ole served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Mentor Worldwide LLC and was responsible for leading IT due diligence and integration efforts. Ole then became the SVP Business Excellence & Chief Information Officer at Accuray from 2013 to 2017, where they successfully guided programs through new regulatory filings and oversaw the company's corporate IT environment. Currently, Ole is the Chief Operating Officer at Palette Life Sciences, a position they have held since 2018. Additionally, they served as the Head Coach of Ventura County Fusion's Premier Development League (PDL) franchise from 2008 to 2012, coaching players from Division 1 universities and leading the Fusion against professional teams in friendly matches.
