Carmen Oberaigner has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Carmen started their career at Porsche Holding Gmbh, where they worked in market analyses and forecasts from 1996 to 2000, and later moved on to organization and management training, becoming a project head until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Carmen worked as an entrepreneur, specializing in consulting, training, and coaching. Carmen then joined SALK - University Hospital Salzburg, where they served as the deputy head of HR development from 2012 to 2015. After that, Carmen worked at SKIDATA AG as the deputy VP of HR and was responsible for global talent management until 2019. Currently, Carmen is at PALFINGER AG, holding the position of head of global talent management and people development since April 2022.
