Stacey Miller

Stacey Miller is an experienced Salesforce Application Support Analyst currently with Pan-American Life Insurance Group since October 2019, following a brief tenure as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator. Previously, Stacey served as a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator at Ocwen Financial from March 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining a Salesforce instance for over 150 users, liaising between business units and development teams, and building reports and dashboards aligned with executive management needs. In addition, Stacey completed Salesforce ADM 201 and conducted system audits, user training, and process documentation. Education was obtained at Kaplan College.
