Jo Lam

Jo L. is currently working as a Product Operations Manager at Paligo since July 2022. Prior to this, Jo held various roles such as Past President, President, and Vice President at the Society for Technical Communication - Toronto Chapter. With experience in technical communication, information architecture, and content management, Jo has also worked at companies like AMD, Precision Content Authoring Solutions Inc., and Aizan. Jo holds a Master of Science in Information Design and Development from Munster Technological University and is pursuing a degree in Strategic Leadership at the University of Toronto.
