Archit Pamecha

Archit Pamecha is currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Microelectronics in the APAC region at Pall Corporation, a member of the Danaher Group, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Archit worked as a Talent Analyst at Danaher Corporation from October 2019 to July 2022 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd. from February 2017 to September 2019. An early career experience includes a trainee position at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., focused on areas such as attrition analysis, recruitment analysis, and competency mapping. Archit holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sri Balaji University, Pune, and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Marketing from Advent Institute of Management and Sciences. Educational foundations were built at St Paul's School and Delhi Public School, Udaipur.
