Dionne Tarantino

Dionne Tarantino has over 24 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Dionne currently holds the role of Senior Director, Human Resources at Cytiva, a Danaher Company, where they oversee the global HR initiatives for a $2B business unit. Prior to this, Dionne worked at Pall Corporation, also a Danaher Company, as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources, where they managed a team of 30+ HR professionals and contributed to driving global business excellence. Dionne has also held HR positions at AstraZeneca, Pearson, Express Scripts, Philips Health Systems, and Senior Connections, Inc.

Dionne Tarantino obtained a Juris Doctorate in Law from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2021. Prior to that, they studied Compensation Studies at Cornell University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UMass Boston. Additionally, Dionne holds various certifications such as Certified EEO Complaint Investigator from the MA Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) in 2019, Professional Coach Training from iPEC Coaching in 2019, Professionally Trained Mediator from MWI in 2018, Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2011, and certifications in payroll processing and human capital strategy.
