Barbara Rieckhoff

Barbara Rieckhoff is an experienced professional in global health and policy, currently serving as Director of Health at Palladium since February 2017, where also leads the PROPEL Health project and acts as Deputy Director for the Health Policy Plus project. Prior to this role, Barbara held significant positions at Save the Children from 2008 to 2017, including Director of Global Fund and HIV/AIDS Awards and Associate Director in the Department of Child Protection & HIV/AIDS. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Program Officer at Family Health International and World Learning, where involvement focused on international education and health programs. Barbara holds a Postgraduate Honors Degree in International and Comparative Politics and a Bachelor of Social Science with dual majors in Political Studies and Public Administration from the University of Cape Town.
