Disaster & Climate Resilience Adviser at Palladium

Fredy Chandra is an experienced Disaster and Climate Resilience Adviser, currently serving as the CBDRM Lead Advisor for the SIAP SIAGA Program at Palladium since May 2021. In this role, Fredy focuses on policy advisory for disaster resilience and climate change at the national level, advocating for integrated resilience programs at the village level. Prior to this position, Fredy held significant roles at Save the Children Indonesia as Head of Resilience and at Mercy Corps Indonesia as a Community-Based Climate Change Adaptation Advisor. Fredy's extensive background includes positions as a Disaster Management Specialist with the Australia-Indonesia Facility for Disaster Reduction and as a Programme Officer for Oxfam International. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Risk Management from Durham University and a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional.
