She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia), with a wealth of experience in financial control, financial management and budgeting. She has proven success in leading high performing teams, implementation of costing frameworks, and development of processes ensuring best value for money.

Before joining Palladium, Katy worked in infrastructure, consulting services, banking and finance, and government.
