Meredith Waters

Meredith Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environment and climate analytics, currently serving as the Director of Environment and Climate Analytics at Palladium since June 2022. With a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), Waters has led multiple initiatives, including as Project Director for the USAID/Papua New Guinea Sustainable Landscapes Activity. Waters has previously held key roles, such as Senior Project Manager at DT Global, Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Scaling Up Renewable Energy Project at Tetra Tech International Development, and various positions in environmental policy and project management since 2005. Waters holds an M.A. in Global Environmental Policy from American University and multiple certifications, including in Evaluation Practice and Nutrition and Health Coaching.
