Maarten Groothuis

Maarten Groothuis currently serves as the Head of Programme Office at PALLAS since June 2022 and is also a Toezichthouder responsible for finance portfolio at Welzijn Teylingen since February 2019. Previously, Maarten Groothuis worked at the Ministerie van Financiën for over 16 years, holding various roles including Coördinator Publiek-Private Investeringen and programmamanager for several initiatives related to impact investments and public-private partnerships. Additional experience includes positions at VodafoneZiggo and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, culminating in a strong background in finance, governance, and public-private collaboration. Maarten Groothuis holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
