Brian Henn has held a variety of positions in the corporate world, beginning in 1989 as Controller/Secretary of the Board for Akerlund & Rausing North America, Inc. In 1994, they were promoted to Director of Finance & Accounting/Treasurer/Secretary of the Board for Sam Dick Industries. In 1998, they began working for Winn Devon Art Group, first as Vice President & General Manager, then as VP Finance & Operations. In 2000, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Zonagram Networks, Inc. and Director of Finance and Administration at Marketstreet. In 2001, they joined Specialty Transport, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, they became President of Third & Wall Art Group, and in 2015, they became CEO/President/Board Member of Skagit Valley Malting, Inc. Finally, in 2022, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Pallet. Throughout their career, Brian has been responsible for strategic planning, business development, financial reporting, employee benefits, and accounts payable/receivable.

Brian Henn received their Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University in 1987, with a focus in Finance and an emphasis in Economics. Brian then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Seattle University in 1995, with a focus in Finance. Prior to this, they attended Bishop O'Dea High School from 1979 to 1983.
