Dan Donaldson

Dan Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Dan started their career at Pfizer as an IT Operations Support and UNIX Systems Administrator. During their time at Pfizer, they also held the positions of UNIX Team Lead and Project Manager.

In 2004, Dan joined NYC FISA-OPA as a Systems Architect where they created an innovative business intelligence solution for the organization's payroll system, increasing efficiency by 80% and reducing costs by 40%. Dan also developed a system to integrate pension payments for retired employees, improving client satisfaction and reducing errors. At NYC FISA-OPA, Dan demonstrated extensive knowledge in designing, deploying, and maintaining a three-tier technical operating environment to support the organization's BI solution.

After their tenure at NYC FISA-OPA, Dan briefly worked at Alpha Technologies International and Corporate Technologies as a Consultant and Senior Systems Engineer respectively.

Since 2013, Dan has been working at Palm Bay International as the Director of Information Technology.
