Ellen Stovall

Ellen Stovall is the Founder and President of R.U.F.F. / BAGSDR, where since February 2008, services have been provided to low-income pet owners, including roles as Adoption Manager, Rescue Coordinator, and Trainer. Additionally, Ellen has served as Certified Office/Operations Manager at Palm Harbor Homes since March 1998 and previously held the position of Certified Apartment Manager at Ibex from February 1986 to February 1998, overseeing all operations of the complex. Ellen's educational background includes attendance at Suffolk County Community College.
